I submitted paperwork to do a nov absentee ballot and then I submitted the paperwork

I received from the 1st mailing..back to the election board..I will get another piece of

paper in oct...the ballot itself...which I will complete and mail in...No biggy for me..But

it might be for some...there is a verification process to deal with too...
