(94,490 posts)...STATE and LOCAL jurisdictions make the decisions. In the case of the IRS, the DC (local) Government decides when it's safe. Republicans will simply say that the DC Government is being too cautious.

(16,900 posts)I'm 100% certain that local rethuglicon senators are HIGHLY involved with their governors pushing the white house opinions! (i'm saying forcing them to open per tRUMPS orders!) This needs to be noted by MEDIA!

(94,490 posts)If they're Democratic Governors, they won't be pressured by Republican Senators; it they're Republican Governors (with the exception of DeWine, Hogan and Baker) they don't need to be pressured. Still has nothing to do with what the media should be saying.
