I just got a coronavirus antibody test this morning, results are due Friday.

I'm in Colorado, limited testing but I was the second one in line, they swabbed the back of my throat, similar to a strep test.

Update, just received my results, negative on both tests, no antibodies unfortunately...just went back to work today

People act like COVID is some sort of taint or impurity, to be avoided at all costs because it kills you or somebody else.

It's like a demon, and is treated with the same mystical fear and superstition by many.

5. Antibody or Covid 19 test? There is a difference, and I though the antibody test was a blood draw

to look for antibodies in the blood

A positive antibody test would mean you were exposed to the virus at sometime and had an immune response

the three locations (which is wrong) they didn't want to run the antibody test if I have an active infection but they agreed after I explained to them, one, I wasn't asked if I suspected had an active infection at the first site yesterday, and two, their website was not clear about the which tests were available at the three locations.

and they don't know either...I hope the test is accurate.
