They cannot effectively assail our political leaders without our help. Well-meaning, good-hearted people who tend to the left need to learn not to allow their better natures to be taken advantage of by vicious scum on the right, and splinterest wreckers on the far left, who enlist them in their charges against figures of the center left, by exhorting them to 'be consistent' and telling them 'don't be hypocrites'. The proper response to attempts at this is a hearty "Fuck off! Nobody cares what a rancid piece of dogshit like you thinks!" Or words to that effect....

Only attack the enemy, the christo-fascist right.

Never, ever, attack people who are on your side.

If you want one quick reason why the right wing wields power well out of proportion to the popularity of its policies, it is that they adhere to this rule, and we on the left do not.

"Defeat of a dangerous enemy is something to be for."

that Trump’s misogyny is on tape and lawsuits against him numerous, but these bottom feeders think this nonsense drummed up about Biden will be disqualifying. Nice try, a**holes.

[cough] Bernie sore loser trolls [cough]

or people who say they would never vote for someone who did this type of thing, even though the person he is running against has done it TONS OF TIMES and somehow they equate them as equals.

Bottom line is that if we don't all band together here and let these minor things go, we may have to deal with 4 more years of Trump, and that is unacceptable.

Something that looks like a no-contest is uninteresting and doesn't sell advertising.

So they'll use anything. They're not on 'our side'. They're not on 'trumps side'. They're on their own pocketbook's side.

Especially a sex accusation after what Trump has confessed to?

..... that should make it very hard for the republicans to call Joe Biden on his alleged behavior. Surely in comparison to the self-proclaimed "pussy grabber" in chief. To the guy who hired a porn star for sex. To a guy who has cheated on his wives. To a guy who gets mighty close to suggesting a sexual interest with his own daughter.

I don't know the story about Biden. But the Republicans in support of Trump have so lowered the standard good luck tarnishing Joe Biden with this story.

the right wing and conspiracy theory horseshoe-wings are all up in arms about the accusations against Biden. Their desperation suggests they think that it's one of their only hopes. I hope other leaders come out and defend Biden, and hope the defense will be as respectful but firm as Abrams' was.

....we should NOT sweep this under the rug. Keep it in the news cycle NOW as opposed to October...because no matter what this WILL be a BIG topic from the other side. Let everything come out now and press for more details.

It behooves us to continue to vet and prove the negative.

I do believe Joe - but to ignore this or dismiss will hurt our chances in November.

I get that, I'm not fond of being pawed. However, if I find it particularly bothersome I'll speak up and have done so since my teens when taking a step back hadn't worked.

Nothing she has complained about has risen to the level of criminal conduct. Had she spoken up and been demoted or fired, it would have, likewise, if it had progressed to mauling or rape. It seemingly didn't.

Either she needs to file a criminal complaint with the appropriate police or drop it. What was misguided affection on his part was met by lack of communication on hers. End of story.
