Secretary Wilkie claimed hydroxychloroquine helped some coronavirus patients in VA

Stephanie Ruhle just asked about the VA study showing no effect. He claimed the study was “observational” and not “clinical” those who were “In the last stages of life” showed no improvement, but on other “we know the drug has been working on middle aged and younger veterans.” Also said Cuomo wants more of the drug.

Hope someone asks Cuomo about that.

He keeps refuting any bad news without supplying real data when Stephanie Ruhle asked for them. Then, once again, when asked about negative things about the VA or the president or what he said, he provides overall statements with no data point to back up his statements.

I have no problem with him refuting the "observinig report". However, he needed to provide actual numbers of when the drugs are supposed to work on middle age and younger patients (and whether that is just "observing report" or more "controlled environment" that he likes).

since Trump exhausted most supplies while playing doctor.

I wonder if the VA tests included placebo tests.

Nah, that would mean using normal scientific methods........
