I am reminded of the scene in JAWS when the Mayor of Amity Island is coaxing beach goers to go back into the water knowing a killer shark is lurking off shore. People reluctantly agree to go back into the water and another person dies of a shark attack.

Going back to work not knowing what the future of this pandemic holds for people without massive testing and contact tracking is folly.
