The video of people storming hospital entrances, screaming and begging for treatment...it was clear to anyone with eyeballs this was no ordinary flu. This was something horrific.

And we all here on DU knew this was a tsunami coming, and no one in the administration was doing anything. And they're still not doing nearly enough. The wave is just now starting to crash ashore. The worst of the damage has not happened yet.
