Supplies: paper towels, tissues, rubber bands, tape or staples, clear plastic file folder, eyeglass frames or plastic-coated wire, scissors.

The plastic can be sanitized and reused. The rest is disposable.

3. Yes, Washington DC. I expect office supply stores may have some clear

plastic, we sure don't. My apologies for being unclear. I do have swim goggles, but need glasses to read anything.
