After watching that, I'm not really clear how it works, but apparently it does. So, jolly good and Bob's your uncle! Hope this design can be used worldwide pronto.

3. It appears to be

a simple pump that is driven by compressed air (outlets for which are usually available at hospital beds). The compressed air is directed into a bladder inside the bottle which expands and in turn pushes oxygen in the bottle into the intubation tube. It looks like it pumps oxygen into the intubation tube in a rhythmic fashion to simulate normal breathing.

Doesn't appear to have oxygen & CO2 ratio or humidity regulation but, as they said in the vid, it's not state-of-the-art but a whole lot better than nothing.

These innovative folk are a million times more useful than Trump and his wretched courtiers.
