There was a health educator there whom most of the young guys considered a dork. He had a had washing film he showed to school and community groups. It was great. He told us about thumbs. He suggested that if we could, to bring the paper towel with us to open the door. Or, to use our elbow, or something other than our freshly washed hand to open the door.

I have thought about him often during the last few days. He was no dork.

That you have been using to touch you face, glasses, etc instead of your fingers and hands.

Because it covers more territory and takes more time. That way I don't have to count seconds or sing. That's just my silly approach to the task.

I do each finger ( thumb included.) The other thing I do is pay attention to cleaning around and under my nails. I like to make sure the soap gets into the crevices.

Call me paranoid but I can't help but thinking about what could be hiding there.
