The stay home idea is to discourage people from hanging around in groups.
There is no danger being outside.
One person standing outside by themselves is not what they are referring to.

there is a reason why Italy is on full lockdown now and going outside is no longer encouraged except to go out for food or hospital.
People cant help themselves. Even walking is no longer encouraged. Just stay at home. It is not that hard.

11. I saw a group

of about 8 women walking together through my neighborhood the other day. I don't understand it. People just can't seem to stay away from one another.

Also, my wife's friend wanted to come visit us and our 9 month old. She has a 3 year old. Her husband is a nurse. My wife thankfully declined her visit. Two days ago, my wife told me her friend's 3 year old son tested positive for covid-19. Very scary.

16. I took a walk in the park

Last Monday with 2 friends. We were each at least 6 feet away from each other. Kinda had to shout to have a conversation! But I think we will even forego that now. One of my friends is medically compromised.
