Having an attack of allergy induced asthma, scared the living crap out of me this morning.
So yeah, asthma with a heavy dose of anxiety. So, yeah. So much fun😬

(64,413 posts)Early this week, I had a bit of a runny nose. Of course, my first thought was "Uh oh."
But, temp never went up and I otherwise felt fine.
Occurred to me a couple days later (duh) that the trees & plants are filling the air with stuff I haven't inhaled for 5 months!
But, it did get me to immediately go to the worst case!

(34,120 posts)To the point his allergist sent him to the ER where he got a shot (not sure what) and medication. It was just allergies - the pollen is fierce right now - but his lungs were very affected.
It scared him, of course. He had to take the entire day off, but his crew was still working.
