Congress needs to up the tax rate on the wealthy, increase the capital gains tax after a certain number, and institute a wealth tax as well as closing all loopholes that allow the rich to get out of paying taxes.
Its going to be needed to pay for all these bailouts, which are necessary to keep our economy from collapsing.
