Who can tell me some things regarding the

New legislation passed?

Will people be able to delay April rent/mortgage payments?

Will people be able to have credit card payments delayed without penalties?

What about car payments?

Utilites?

Will credit ratings be unaffected?

I tried googling but just wasn't able to find the specifics...

Any answers and/or links that are clear and to the point (if available) is very much appreciated

Thank you and I hope you guys are doing okay.

someone at Intuit(Trubo Tax)last Monday about people not being able to pay their Mortgages,Car payments as well as Rent and Utilities. Wall Street is scared to death how this plays out. REIT's holding Rental Properties are at Junk Status and many have used up their Credit Lines in a effort to try to build Cash Knowing this Train Wreck is headed their way.

This person is seeing a trend were by people are not doing their Taxes like last year. And people who do owe are taking the extensions more so this year than any previous years.
