KY man tests positive, refuses to self-quarantine.

A Kentucky man tested positive for the Coronavirus and refused to self quarantine. Thankfully we managed to get a Democrat as Governor this time around. There is a rather obscure statute and Gov Beshear found it. There is now a sheriff's deputy posted outside the man's home. Who wants to bet this idiot is a Trump-Humper?

About a N. Korean official who acted the same way. It was reported that he was executed without any judicial proceedings.

You, know, come to think about it, Trump may be infected, and refusing to quarantine....Naw, I would never suggest such a thing.....

Bluegrass Politics @BGPolitics

We don’t know if this is the law Gov Beshear referred to re: state’s authority to force virus-positive Nelson Co man to stay home. But KRS 214.020 gives the state power to “strictly maintain quarantine” to prevent spread of infectious diseases. https://bit.ly/2xEApY2 ^JC

but I think there's still a law on the books in Oklahoma that if you're a tuberculosis patient and don't follow treatment plans, you can be hospitalized and quarantined against your will for the public good.

It's not a matter of choice at this point. You can't go around infecting people. Self-quarantine or be removed from the petri dish.

if he got coronavirus. And he wouldn't do anything to help other people. They should take care of their own health. On the other hand, being so theoretically self-reliant, Galt probably wouldn't have any close friends or spend any time with relatives, so he probably wouldn't spread it very much.
