They're thinking about online learning. Problem is, a lot of the kids don't want to be there and don't pay attention when you're telling them to sit up and pay attention. On line?
The AP kids'll do what's necessary until the college board says "no AP tests this year, folks." Dual-credit kids, too. But the rest ...

There will be many exceptions for many things this year. Im wondering about the dashboard accountability for districts with regard to CAASPP scores and those kinds of things.

(14,961 posts)my granddaughter who is in Kindergarten, they sent a letter home stating if we chose to, we could keep her home after spring break and the absences would be excused, we intended to do this my DIL is almost 8 months pregnant and it made us feel better to have the option.
This afternoon they made the decision to cancel all FL. schools for two weeks, I am sure that will be extended.
