KT McFarland, a top official on President Donald Trump's transition team, said in an email last December that they should reassure Russia, which she said had just "thrown the U.S.A. election" to Trump.

He said Russia should be our biggest concern. Don't know if he knew how far they'd go. Maybe they reached out to him in 2012. He is persona non grata in the GOP today. He needs to speak out if he knows more than he is letting on.
