are the 2 articles of impeachment voted on separately or together?

I know it won't happen, but maybe the Senate is more likely to convict on obstruction of Congress. Maybe the senators will be more interested in protecting their own power of oversight then they are in protecting trump. I know it's a fantasy, but just maybe....

All that precedent and power they tried to steal will rightfully belong to the Democrats. That’s the problem playing ‘all or nothing’ scorched earth game - you may end blowing yourself up.

I don’t think the senators are going to want obstruction of congress to be a thing. Can you imagine? Every president may be impeached for it.
