1. He is a very intelligent gentleman, who knows what's what.

I was lucky enough to meet him on a tour of France with Normandy.

I remember being so impressed with him and his demeanor. I didn't know how to address him! I started to call him Secretary Cohen when he interrupted me. He said something to the effect--No, I'm Bill and you're Peggy and that's it! He was so cool.

Moderate Republicans like him do not exist any longer. We are the worse for that.
