If they attempt a sham trial, the SOTU as scheduled, will be canceled. If he wishes a written response, he can still do that.

All Trump will do is gloat, debase the Democrats thinking he is getting back at Nancy Pelosi.

A sham trial in the Senate, no SOTU. Write it down and send it to Congress.
