Do you think the media is trying to ensure Trump's reelection?

Face the Nation conducted a softball interview with Ivanka Trump today - a few days after lamenting about not hosting obvious liars and trying to do better.

Personally, I think the media (NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC) absolutely LOVES all the horrible things Trump is doing, they love the wedge he has driven between citizens, they love the hatred and cruelty he's helped unleash, etc... all because of ratings/optics/pizzazz.

So I ask, do you think the media is making a concerted effort to try and help Trump win in 2020?

Whoever is leading in the Democratic race... Biden, Warren, Bernie, etc... will have negative press about them.

When the primaries finally end, the press will do everything it can to make the general election close.

After all, if Steve Kornacki can't "go to the big board" and wave his hands around on election night and breathlessly exclaim on every small town or suburb result... they will not have a show that gets the ratings.

The news is not the news, it is part of the entertainment division of every network.

6. Much of media are corrupt, including many with the NYT and AP.

For instance, Dean Baquet, executive editor of the NYT, is proven to have published what are effectively blatant lies both to help elect Trump and Republicans and sabotage Democrats.

That includes the infamous NYT Halloween article that Baquet had rewritten a week before election day (over the strenuous objections of its authors) that strongly implied (lied!) the FBI investigation of Trump-Russia hadn't found anything significant, when it had actually found a great deal. The NYT claimed it was at the FBI's request.

Remember when the New York Times cleared Trump of collusion before the election?
https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2019/03/26/remember-when-new-york-times-cleared-trump-collusion-before-election/

Or like when the AP blanketed the nation with a massively blatant lie that Hillary was taking bribes in return for appointments while she was secretary of state. It was SO blatant that many called it out the morning it appeared, but the AP left it up and out for either 10 days or 14 weeks.

How about MSNBC's and CNN's constant pushing of Fox-lite lies and almost constantly negative coverage of Hillary Clinton? And now Biden.

Or almost ALL the MSM's corrupt eagerness to fill the 24/7/365 new cycle with the propaganda and outright lies Justice Democrats offered 24/7/365?

These are a few little snowflakes in a blizzard that continues. The major corporate media's determination to keep Democrats out of power because we will put leashes on their power is real, and what they're supporting to protect themselves from us is a major threat to our nation.

If they reported the truth about Trump, the major media corporations (including NPR/PBS) would get slaughtered.
