Bill Barr is a serious danger to our Republic

He is going to have Durham indict any FBI agents who rightly were concerned with Trump's Russia collusion... and he is going to announce those indictments in the "spring or early summer" (his words).

And I bet it happens right as the Democratic National Convention is starting.


He is going to make decent FBI agents afraid to investigate any Trump-Russia collusion in the UPCOMING election, therefore giving Trump free reign to collude as much as he wants with not only no repercussions... but NO oversight.



Here's what else Barr will do. When Trump loses the election, Trump is going to claim "massive voter fraud". Bill Barr is then going to use the power of the DOJ to announce investigations into voter fraud and that the Electoral College *CANNOT* meet until the investigations are complete. They will get court injunctions, and it will go to the SCOTUS - which will uphold the "Electoral College" delay until the voter fraud investigation is resolved.

It will be a full on Constitutional Crisis.... and we might not survive it.

There was an ongoing criminal investigation into the 2016 election when the Electoral College met and made Trump POTUS.

The DOJ has no authority over the EC.

No FBI agents (and probably nobody period) are going being indicted as nobody has *remotely* violated a law.

Trump likely wont be POTUS "in the spring or early summer" either.

What worries me is whether or not Congress will certify the election if 45 loses.

I suppose though this.could result in the election being thrown to the House of Representatives, where whoever won the House (supposing there are not similar issues with those elections) would choose the president since we are assuming that the Democrat won, but not enough electors were certified to reach 270.
