There used to be consequences for media outlets that spread lies and they should be brought back.

is still subject to interpretation. I’d be interested in what kind of sanctions were used against media outlets that would apply to white wing media.

Nothing we have said or done has made any difference.

Time to rethink it all. Good, strong organizations always look within to see what is working what isn't.

What do we need to do to move forward without them?

And I believe this is a much more probable scenario.

We have about 25% of the population that are fascists. They need to fool about 20% of the population and the corporate media would rather help in fooling than losing a dime in short term profit. Then they need to peel off a few points from the far left, this candidate isn't good enough. These are the ignorant people we own, those who were too fucking stupid and didn't vote for Gore and then 16 years later showed how fucking stupid they really are by not voting for Clinton.

Point being, it is always going to be an uphill battle, and if we are fighting the battle with this anti-democracy, fascist prick,... we need to ask ourselves what are we fighting for.
