Foreign policy talking points provided to tRump in preparation for the July 25th call. - according to the clip of Tim Morrison's testimony played during Jackson Lee's questioning.

Goldman agreed with the clip that those two details were not specified in the talking points. Instead, they echoed long running anti-corruption foreign policy goals in regards to Ukraine.

it normal for him to announce the investigations at the start? Seems to me you normally want someone to find out about an investigation when they are arrested or indicted. That's what really stinks to high heaven. They only wanted to be able to smear Biden.

Was the state department withholding his notes and records in defiance of customary impeachment inquiry process. (Is what I remember Sondland stressing during his testimony.)

And not the majority counsel, which did not have contact with Sondland after his deposition - is what Goldman asserted back to castor and buck at the start of Bass's questioning.
