Castro's speech at You Tube and Huffington Post..not complete... WP has full speech..
At Huffington Post..it is only the first 14 minutes of the speech, then it ends abrubtly. Another You Tube version of this speech, uploaded by the New York Times, stops the audio at 9 minutes.

I believe someone has hacked the above..
another version was stopped...this one at 9minutes...the audio just stops..you don't get anything
...the one below is ok..
the complete speech is here ...the rousing end has been cut off at the versions above..I do not think this is a mistake..check it out..
