Trump Is Crying Like A Little Baby - He Got Caught Trying To Cheat And For The First Time

For the first time in his life he may be held accountable for the crap he has done.

He is crying like a little baby.

Life is so unfair!

Oh he is being treated sooooooo unfair by those mean old Democrats.

The constitution is clear on that:

Article II

Section 2.
The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices, and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.

which he could be pardoned for

Let's say Bob is caught embezzling money from ABC company. He's immediately fired by ABC, which is like impeachment

Then, the case goes to the local police and DA to prosecute. Bob is convicted, but is a friend of the governor and gets a pardon for the crimes. However, he's still fired from ABC company

Impeachment is basically an indictment, the definition is "to bring an accusation against." If there has been an impeachment or indictment it is forever and it is not a thing that can be pardoned. The conviction phase is separate from the impeachment phase (same as after indictment, one moves to the trial phase). That's why this is so confusing for everyone. There is no such thing as a pardon for an indictment or impeachment.

The confusion for everyone is because Nixon was not impeached. Many think and say he was, but he was not. The House Judiciary committee voted on articles of impeachment but there was never a full House vote because Nixon resigned before it could occur. Gerald Ford became President when Nixon resigned allowing him to then pardon Nixon for any and all crimes he may have committed while President. That is Trump's only way to be pardoned. He must resign before a full House vote or he is forever impeached and will be facing trial.

He may not be removed from office at trial -- but he would remain impeached.

Remember, he can only be removed from office and disallowed to ever hold office or honors.

Actual trial for crimes would have to be conducted separately.

The House can impeach, but impose no penalty.

The Senate then hears and executes the removal from office by 2/3rds vote.

Now, if he were to be removed, then convicted of a crime via judicial process, THEN a president Pence could pardon.. If it ever did get that far though, I imagine 45 would be so toxic that pence never would.

etc, will always be associated with lying and cheating...total poison..

Trump's ability to bullshit (except with his believers) will be forever destroyed. His family will have difficulty with interviews, etc. I believe, he will go into hiding like Nixon did. Not totally, but mostly.

..The Trump properties will be sold, and the names changed. He is now associated with lying and cheating, and will always be associated with those two ideas. The Republican party will have to make a come-back somehow with different leaders and a different brand.

..In looking back, it is not, repeat not like McGovern. McGovern was an awful campaigner, and presenter, but he was totally correct about Viet Nam. His winning would have saved lives. McGovern was not a liar or cheater. Trump is and always will be associated with trying to make a deal with the Russians to get Biden, and lying and cheating

...And, furthermore, Trump doesn't have a clue. His 25 percent base will still care about him. (yes it will get down to that) but the rest of us, will know him forever as ...a liar and cheater Also, as someone who got caught lying and cheating.

We can Deport Melanoma, and make a case that because Trump committed fraud when he brought her into the country illegally, he has to go with her. The son Barron will be separated from them forever and will be taken to an undisclosed and unrecorded location somewhere here in the U.S. His location will be in a middle class neighborhood going to public schools.

Seize what few assists Trump has in reality and give it to the Treasury as a penalty.

Reverse each and every single thing starting with the 2016 election that he and his minions had a hand in doing including judges and supreme court judges......Appoint Hillary the winner. Reverse every last thing he or his Republican Senators and Secretaries of various departments have done to this poor nation.

Send all of the above, and each and every one of his minions and senate supporters to Gitmo......Any Republican in the House, serving from 2016-2018 goes to Gitmo also.

Then charge the other spawn (and Jared) with crimes and give them the option of life in Leavenworth prison, or leaving the country and then sending their spoiled asses and Silicone Racks to Russia...

What else can we get warm fuzzies fantasizing about?????????

Especially for such a major league narcissist. No name, no picture, no biography. They are, as Orwell put it, non-persons.

Just like I want for the Baseball Encyclopedia for the juicers that cheated in the 90s. No McGwire or Sosa. No Schilling or "Rocket".

Make future generations think these losers/cheaters worked at Wal Mart or had a paper route.

I believe Trump and Putin have some kind of 911/war-related "calling on Americans" thing in the works mid next year to bury the memory of the impeachment.

That will make the election close, but Trump's an idiot and criminal at heart, so I hope to the gods he loses and we also pick up the senate.
