She and Joe were close friends with Elijha Cummings.

I am so sad. Congressman Cummings was a great man.

American treasure. Respected and admired. Wonderful representative. We need many, many more like him with integrity, intelligence, honesty and true dedication, lifting this country to new heights. What a wonderful man he was.
