He's not mentally ill.

He's a malignant narcissist who is increasingly becoming erratic in his desperation. He must protect himself at all costs. He has no empathy and sees no worth in the lives of others, even those who support him. He will blow up the world without blinking an eye if desperate enough.
I am not exaggerating.

There will be no moment of clarity, or realization he's wrong. His behavior will only get more extreme.

5. I think it is both dementia and deliberate, criminal evil. The evil has always been there, but the
