Odd: Turkish bank indictment bears no date and no stamp showing it has been filed.

Odd: Turkish bank indictment publicized by DOJ/SDNY yesterday bears no date and no stamp showing it has been filed. Court record contains no entry of filing or unsealing, raising question about when or whether it was filed. On left, a recent example; on right, US v Halkbank.

I was excited about this story, which I only saw on DU. Then nothing on All In, TRMS, or Last Word.

So, I suppose it has been confirmed this happened.
