In my opinion, it is the campaign finance violation and bribery charge, where he is the "un-indicted co-conspirator" with Michael Cohen, who is now in jail. He paid off Stormy Daniels and the Playboy playmate to keep the information from going public, just before the election. If he had not done that, he probably would not be sitting in the White House today?
That seems too important not to be on the list of charges if he is impeached? Also, the numerous times he has obstructed justice by trying to fire the Special Counsel and the many times he has abused his power as the president. If the Democrats choose to just push the Ukraine matter, I fear the Republican PR machine can defeat just the one issue. I think it should all be on display for the American people to see.

(16,940 posts)However, I'm believing that the "obstruction of justice" - the on-going cover-up of activities and crimes, along with the schemes to keep the Mueller Report out of the eyes of our elected representatives, well, I think this in itself should ride his ass out of OUR WHITE HOUSE!

(4,174 posts)If anything is unsubstantiated but investigated with good cause , list why it was unsubstantiated especially if they withheld documents or deleted texts and emails.

(5,376 posts)I view it as being at the same level as Clinton's "perjury" change. He technically violated the law, but I didn't consider it to be a high crime that warrented impeachment. There are more than enough crimes of much greater severity that he should be impeached for. I do include the obstruction of justice charges you mention in that.
