to file a formal complaint, otherwise, it is just talking. As a former prosecutor, she could readily encourage attorney colleagues in NY to draft it and sign on with them.

Twitter comments and interview comments don't move the needle--in the least.

and probably wouldn't have the time to devote to that. And since the NY AG already has probes going, they can add him to their list - NOTABLY because he can't be pardoned for any charges under the state statutes.

I think her exhortation was more from the perspective of one (former) state AG to another state AG.

Her comment was just pandering, though I agree with her and like her. Honestly, it means nothing and I am pretty tired of politicos--all politicos doing this.

Let's just say that having watched that segment (and I have pretty much stopped watching Tweety completely), I think she responded as part of the discussion of Giuliani's role and she hasn't been the only one calling for an investigation into his dealings. And since she has been an AG, that would probably have been a visceral reaction based on her past occupation as a former D.A. and as an AG - and notably to suggest such to happen in his home state.
