The constitution, BY DESIGN, is a living document, reflective of the will of the majority who give over to it, the power to govern ALL (provided that the enactment of that Governance, does NOT unduly trample the rights of ANY).

That stupid 'dont tread on me' snake? Yeah, if that thing thinks it had the right to run around and bite on people JUST because it has fangs, you're damned right I want its head stepped on. And HARSHLY.
