How do we hold an election when the incumbent is allowed to violate the law?

Exactly how do we hold an election when the incumbent is allowed to violate campaign finance laws and can’t be indicted but the Democratic challenger is bound by the law?

Does anyone else think this is insanity.

how we're going to win that election, doesn't it?

They are allowed to cheat. They can do it openly, because right now, he is beyond the reach of any laws. He literally is untouchable.

He could assassinate the Democratic nominee and no one could even suggest he be imprisoned for it. Let that sink in.

There are no limits to what he can do. He is not subject to any laws.

It can hurt them in the eyes of the voters of course... but the penalty for tiny amounts like that is negligible.

Some candidates have returned millions. Omar was just told to refund money to her campaign and nobody thinks she has to give up her seat.
