OK, this is not about the issues.

This is about that damn shiny floor! Being a custodian I just know the the bitch of a job that it was to keep that nice and shiny. Unless that is water....but I do not thinks so. Yeah, I know this is a silly thing to say but.

or difficulty they did it in. This would not be taking place if we did not have hard working people fixing and cleaning it up. No matter where I go I always find myself looking at things and thinking about how clean it is or is not, how hard or easy something is to clean or fix, and how smart or dumb how things are set up to make the job of those who do all of that hard or easy. My friend and I call this "occupational hazard."

You can come to my house, but only today. Because I cleaned!

Whenever I see an ancient building with lovely workmanship, I always think of the unknown artisan who did that work.
