While he's caging children , causing some to die, destroying women's choices for abortions causing women to die, and destroying environment regulations and again this will cause many people to die. HE and the gop are also taking health care from millions of people causing more to die, and that doesn't make America great, it makes us weak.

2. This story is odd, they were found near a swamp near the Brownsville camp. About 30

miles away. It's also strange she had two infants and a toddler with her.

4. It's an area known for human trafficking..

Most likely left behind when they could not keep up. Reports say dehydration appears to be the cause of death. I'm would hazard a guess that they are not all related.
