9. Why do you think that party is playing games with the census form?

I really believe that Whites as a group need to seriously rethink politicians pulling tricks to give them more say than their numbers deserve. White will still be a massive group in it's own right and will have a voice in national politics for a long time, even when things are done fairly electorally. Monkeying with voting always comes back to hurt the people that most actively did it, or approved of it (to be clear, that does not cover all Whites, some are perfectly fine with everyone having a voice now and we're in the past also).
