Reagan has his on his property in CA. Don't know about the all the rest. The Obama Foundation will own and operate the Obama Library (which will not be a research library. Obama is outsourcing his records to the federal government at locations around the country.) So it is a mixed bag. Presidential libraries are mainly built with private funds which are not required to be disclosed to the public.
