At this time our attention needs to be directed at those who suffer the most and experience heinous racism and intense bigotry. Because even though all lives matter to me I recognize that others do not feel the same

"Black Lives Matter" was a way of drawing attention to a problem that needs attention.
Answering that phrase with "All Lives Matter" is equivalent to:

Joe: "Hey, man. I got a problem."
Frank: "Everybody's got problems."

Even the lives of innocent children don't matter if their skin is brown or black. As much as it sickens and disgusts us, they wear their white supremacy mantle with pride and arrogance.
