It appears that General Flynn is about to help Trump and Barr get to the "origins" of investigation?

There is a recording and an unredacted portion of a transcript of a phone call, that has been ordered to be released by Judge Emmett Sullivan.

A "personal lawyer" has a conversation with the General that sounds a lot like witness tampering. It is my understanding that if he is charged, there is no "executive immunity". There could also be obstruction of justice.

It will be interesting to hear Robert Mueller's comment on this.

Also, it could implicate others, including Donald Trump, in the discussion with the Russian Ambassador, Kisylak. If there is a quid pro quo mentioned, that could be bad news for Mr Trump.

It is getting rather interesting.

And that could be bad news for the Trump Party at the polls.

… he released one statement during the investigation - supportive of Trump. He may not have leaked the disappointment in Barr stuff - that could have been people on his staff. My jury is still out on Mueller - he has a telephone and he can look up the phone numbers for the NYT, WP, 60 minutes, or anyone else... the person in the office of President matters; the security of the country matters - there should be no margin of error.

Not questioning Don Jr was strange. And he is not looking to set the record straight on anything, judging by how his negotiations” to come in and testify to the House are dragging on. There are a lot of unanswered questions.

We should not get our hopes up. Not questioning Don Jr. was inexplicable. How would he know Don Jr. was ignorant of campaign finance laws if he was never interrogated. He also left the sharing of poling data with KK unresolved. Also, what happened to the counter-intelligence investigation?

Mueller seemed to be partial to generals and military service?

He didn't charge Flynn with "possible obstruction" because of the cooperation agreement he made with him, perhaps?

the complicit M$M gives this. I would hope that an audio recording would get more coverage but the M$M is complicit with the right wing traitors.

the ratio of evidence to convictions is way off. If we were looking at a scale, the evidence side has fallen through the floor. Our justice system operates like molasses when you're rich and white.

The truth was withheld from us. Think about how much of Trump’s agenda has been executed because we were denied the truth at the time that the investigators knew it. Someone should pay for this.

with all investigations? I know Nadler, Schiff, etc want Mueller and McGahn first, but since Flynn is legally obligated to cooperate, he might make a very nice leadoff witness for the Judiciary Committee. Given his case is being handled by Judge Sullivan, who could decide to throw the book at him and who literally suggested Flynn should find ways to cooperate more, he might not be willing to comply with Trump's order of "omerta". His testimony could be as significant as John Dean's was during Watergate.
