But it appears that Mueller didn't examine Trump's financial transactions as relevant to the Russia matter, so maybe he wouldn't be a relevant witness.

and while there is cooperation being considered (e.g., NY State tax returns if that passes the state legislature), NY AG has plenty to investigate on her own--she's not an arm of Congress.
