* Ignored the 2nd deadline for Trump's tax returns
* Sued the Oversight Cmte. & Trump's accounting firm
* Told Carl Kline not to testify before the Oversight Cmte.
* Decided to fight a Judiciary Cmte. subpoena for McGahn to testify
