I've always wondered about it when we see contestants who appear to be really, really strong for, say, four or five episodes, then crash horribly the next day. I'm guessing a lot of individuals slept really poorly outside their comfort zone and are totally off their game; Jeopardy! is 90% mental and the other half is physical.

I think you may be right in terms of 74 games - I don't think James has the temperament to stay around that long.
