Members of Congress have a duty to respond to the Presidents explicit attack today, Ocasio-Cortez wrote. [ Omars] life is in danger. For our colleagues to be silent is to be complicit in the outright, dangerous targeting of a member of Congress. We must speak out.

(15,805 posts)as Trump? Do they dislike the woman enough to let Trump invade our hard fought stronghold to take down a voting member right in front of them?
Even the atrocious GOP will turn out enmasse to rally around their fallen brother, no matter what despicable act he has done. Can our party not find some cominality to unite against Trump's petty attack on one of their own?

Why are we not making a similar move for a resolution denouncing drumpf's actions, as we do for our own Democrat reps?
