Why was Lindsay Graham meeting with Mr. Barr behind closed doors and why was Lindsay Graham with trump all weekend at his personal residence when he is part of a co-equal branch of government?

This was set up MONTHS AGO. Whitaker leaked what they had/didn't have to either the WH or someone who leaked it to the WH. They then devised this "PR Stunt" where Barr would completely misrepresent the findings, declare that Trump had not obstructed justice and now they will try to run out the clock by sitting on the report knowing/hoping many Americans wont listen to anything else about this.
