2. It's always about the numbers.

It seems that many people simply forget that. The relative ideology of a few individual Democrats doesn't matter in the big picture when there's competent leadership and enough numbers to get things done.

Really want to see progress? Elect a Democrat POTUS and give him or her a solid majority in both houses.
