interrupt and accuse Ms. Tlaib of calling him a racist. He probably is, but the way he spoke to her was quite condescending and holier-than-thou. The way he & the couple other GOP guys defended the Idiot and tried to lambast Cohen to discredit him was laughable, but very sad to see their highly misplaced loyalty to this fake president. They will live to regret it.

Chairman Cummings put up with a lot of shit, from the time he gaveled this meeting to order until he closed it.
I watched it.
He kept his composure, he showed real leadership. Each and every RepubliCON showed his/her butt in their five minutes of time during this hearing. Through the whole day, Chairman Cummings showed good judgement (restraint, where necessary; even-handedness where appropriate), and rose above the partisan sniping.

THANK YOU, Elijah Cummings!

The Repubs showed their usual bias toward opposition witnesses and dislike for Democrats.

Michael Cohen got to give his statements to the American public.

The Democrats all asked good questions and got in more than a few zingers at the Repugs.

And yet, he stayed on top of the Republican vipers all 9.5 hours today, then delivered a closing speech so powerful that it brought people to tears.
