I was so impressed with her and was thinking "Holy shit is she a genius or what to be able to write such great comedy and play the part too????" So I finally got around to googling Betty Bowers to dig in a bit. You have to hand it to the this Bradley fellow for such clever writing and finding the right actress to play the part he created. They both deserve a lot of credit for such world class, sophisticated work.

I saw this on Facebook (let me think of it as being old school will ya?) and saw a crude but funny joke I'd never read or heard before.

The problem with Baptists is that they don't hold them down long enough.

he was a real person. But I do believe in the philosophy and words ascribed to him. Much more so than Evangelicals.
