1. The Mueller Report Is Coming. Here's What to Expect. by N. Katyal

'A concise report will probably act as a “road map” to investigation for the Democratic House — and to further criminal investigation by other prosecutors.

The special counsel Robert Mueller will apparently soon turn in a report to the new attorney general, William Barr. Sure, there is still a lot of activity, including subpoenas, flying around, but that shouldn’t stop Mr. Mueller.

The report is unlikely to be a dictionary-thick tome, which will disappoint some observers. But such brevity is not necessarily good news for the president. In fact, quite the opposite.'

2. Our process is so notbup to the task when a criminal president has enough congressional support.

If mueller doesn't indict Donnie, but his final report does serve as a "road map" for further investigations and prosecutions, on the one hand, that's great for eventually bringing Donnie to justice....

But in the other hand, it's an eternity in terms of politics. Nearly two and a half years into his term, we get a road map for more investigations and eventually more prosecutions.

Donnie might well limp through his entire four years before facing the music.

Again, let's remember that there's no way in hell any democrat could have politically survived a fraction of what Donnie has been accused of. A democratic president would have been forced out of office long ago.

But for a republican, he gets to keep his finger on the nuclear button until he's pretty clearly nailed by the lengthy, official process.

Our constitution and legal system do not adequately deal with a traitorous POTUS.
Trump should have been forced out long ago; in fact, he should not have even taken office.

Then, they will have to decide what should be done about it?

Have laws been broken? Has there been any obstruction of justice from the scofflaws?

Once Mueller and Barr come to a consensus, they will turn over the information to the Gang of Eight in the Congress, most likely.

Then, they will have to decide what is best for our country?

They may have to put partisanship aside?

It's an historical moment.

I think there will be a cover up, or there won't be enough to convince the Senate to get rid of him.

Yet, GOPers have done nothing.

10. Senate will remove IF Mueller has evidence of indictable crimes by Trump,

but Mueller can't publish the reports himself because the Special Counsel law requires him to submit the entire report to the Attorney General of the United States. Then the AG can either publish it in entirety (best option for country), or summarize it and publish his own version, or publish nothing.

9. Here's Neal Katyal's history. He's not known for being right.

Katyal was pro-Gorsuch and pro-Kavanaugh.
He’s not believable. He shredded his credibility for his corporate clients, to America’s lasting damage.
