This is ELECTION fraud, which the pukes excel at. VOTER fraud is when a voter votes fraudulently: wrong district, wrong state, twice--whatever (hello, Ann Coulter!). Pukes pretend that this is going on all the time, at a massive level, yet GWB's Justice Dept investigated...and found (iirc) 31 cases out of more than a billion votes cast.

But the pukes keep it up because they have to find some way of justifying their new Jim Crow laws, designed to disenfranchise possible Democratic voters. That is a form of election fraud--rigging elections--and election fraud is what they were doing in NC.
