Judge Jackson did him a favor by letting him leave the court... She admonished his behavior...concerning his threatening post and all the other crap he is involved in revolving around the charges..he is accused of..
I was hoping like hell she'd LOCK HIM UP!!!

As a matter of fact I thought for sure he was gonna spend some time behind bars today.

The prosecution didn't ask for jail so if she gave it she was just asking for the defense to ask for a recusal. Why make that worm a martyr when he didn't violate the original gag order?
